日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は119,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,500口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.3％増の2,430,198口となる。調達額は約252億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件5棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「DFS T ギャラリア沖縄」等商業施設5棟、取得額は計467億円。これによりJRFの資産規模は5.8％増の8,491億円となる。これらに伴い第25期（平成26年8月期）及び第26期（平成27年2月期）業績予想修正、第27期（平成27年8月期）業績予想を発表した。第25期は前回予想比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は4,129円となる見通し。上記の投資口追加発行、5棟取得が反映する第26期は、前回予想比5.5％増益を見込み、投資口が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,140円と0.2％上回る見通し。第27期は前期予想比0.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は4,149円となる見通し。
