日本リテールファンド投資法人が第24期（平成26年2月期）決算を発表した。第24期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、川崎ルフロン等商業施設8棟を取得。一方、3棟売却を行った。新規取得に伴う賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比17.7%増益。103百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数が11%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,120円と前期を4.9%上回った。第25期（平成26年8月期）は、4棟取得及び1棟売却を予定。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により増収を見込むが、固都税や支払利息の増加等により、前期比1%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,125円となる見通し。続く第26期（平成27年2月期）1口当たり分配金は4,130円となる見通し。
