日本リテールファンド投資法人が商業施設2棟を取得する。2棟の取得額は計197.8億円。1棟は、東京・表参道に面する平成17年竣工4階建の都市型商業施設。ファッションブランド等6社が入居し、稼働率は100％。スポンサーである三菱商事が運用する私募ファンドと50％ずつ共同保有する。もう1棟は、大阪・高槻市にある平成16年竣工、ロードサイド型のアミューズメント施設。ラウンドワンが経営する。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
