日本リテールファンド投資法人が第23期（平成25年8月期）決算を発表した。第23期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,929円となった。第24期（平成26年2月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、8棟を取得。これにより前期比15%増益を見込み、投資口数が11%増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,073円と前期を3.7%増加する見通し。続く第25期（平成26年8月期）1口当たり分配金は4,095円となる見通し。
