日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は229,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し15,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は11%増の2,308,198口となる見込み。調達額は386億円を見込み、併せて発表した8棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、商業施設8棟、取得額計736億円。これによりJRFのポートフォリオは10%増の7,940億円となる。これらに伴い第23期（平成25年8月期）及び第24期（平成26年2月期）業績予想修正、第25期（平成26年8月期）業績予想を発表。第23期は、前回予想比0.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,918円となる見通し。上記の公募増資及び8棟取得が反映される第24期は、前回予想比13.3%増益。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,034円と前回予想を2.1%上回る見通し。第25期は前期予想比1.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,083円となる見通し。
