日本リテールファンド投資法人が第22期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。第22期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、商業施設7棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比11%増益、投資口数が10%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,868円と前期を0.7%上回った。第23期（平成25年8月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,890円となる見通し。続く第24期（平成26年2月期）は、おやまゆうえんハーヴェストウォークのリニューアルに伴う固定資産除却損を計上するが、修繕費や金融コストの減少により1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,952円となる見通し。
