日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は194,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,500口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で10%増の2,079,198口となる見込み。調達資金は251億円を見込み、併せて取得を発表した商業施設7棟（うち1棟は追加取得）の取得資金に充当する。7棟の取得額は計521億円。これによりJRFの資産規模は7.8%増の7,162億円となる。これらに伴い第21期（平成24年8月期）及び第22期（平成25年2月期）の業績予想の修正、第23期（平成25年8月期）業績予想を発表した。第21期は、営業費用の減少等により従来予想比2.1%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,812円となる見通し。上記公募増資及び物件取得が反映する第22期は、7棟取得により従来予想比12%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,818円と従来予想を1.6%上回る見通し。第23期は、6棟の通期寄与に伴い前期予想比0.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,838円となる見通し。
