日本リテールファンド投資法人が第20期（平成24年2月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い12棟を取得、また期末に博多リバレインを売却。これにより前期比8.3%増収となる一方、売却損40億円計上により58%減益、投資口数が11%増加するも、剰余金より4,592百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額6,905百万円、1口当たり分配金は3,673円となった。第21期（平成24年8月期）は、ならファミリーの底地を追加取得。前期の物件売却損がなくなることから203%増益、剰余金を活用せず1口当たり分配金は3,735円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成25年2月期）1口当たり分配金は3,758円となる見通し。
