日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が保有する商業施設ならファミリーの底地一部を取得する。取得額は35億円。一方、福岡に保有する博多リバレインを売却する。売却額は18億円、簿価との差額は-39億円となる。JRFは平成19年に同物件の共有持分50%を売却したが、その後テナント退去に伴う収益減から減損リスクが高まっていた。今回残り50%の売却に伴い、売却損40億円が発生するため、業績予想を修正。売却損計上により従来予想比66%減益となるが、内部留保より4,594百万円を充当し、分配金総額6,892百万円、1口当たり分配金は3,665円と従来予想の水準を維持。
