日本リテールファンド投資法人が第19期（平成23年8月期）決算を発表した。第19期は商業施設2棟を投資対象とする匿名組合出資持分を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと及び震災による損失502百万円計上により、前期比17.8%減益、剰余金を活用せず1口当たり分配金は3,259円となった。第20期（平成24年2月期）は期初に投資口の追加発行及び12棟取得を発表。これによる賃貸収益増及び前期の特別損失がなくなることから、前期比23%増益、保有物件のリニューアル工事に伴う固定資産除却損相当分105百万円を剰余金から取り崩し、分配金総額6,880百万円。投資口数が11%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,659円と前期を上回る見通し。続く第21期（平成24年8月期）1口当たり分配金は3,680円となる見通し。
