日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が投資口の追加発行を行う。JRFの公募増資は2006年9月以来5年ぶり。発行口数は187,500口（うち国内94,200口、海外93,300口）、オーバーアロットメントによる売出4,500口。これにより発行後の総投資口は最大で11%増の1,880,198口となる見込み。調達額は約192億円を見込み、併せて発表した12棟の取得資金の一部に充当する。12棟の取得額は計460億円。これらに伴い第19期（平成23年8月期）及び第20期（平成24年2月期）業績予想を修正。第19期は、震災に伴う修繕費が当初想定より165百万円減少したこと等により、従来予想比5.2%増益、負ののれんによる剰余金を見込まず1口当たり分配金は3,209円となる見通し。第20期は、上記12棟取得により従来予想比20%増益、投資口数が11%増加するが、保有物件のリニューアルに伴う固定資産除却損相当額として剰余金より102百万円を充当し1口当たり分配金は3,613円と、従来予想を2.3%上回る見通し。
