日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が大阪の商業施設を投資対象とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得することを発表。対象資産は、大阪心斎橋にある平成21年竣工の商業施設。ファッションブランドが店舗営業しており、稼働率は100%。JRFは匿名組合出資持分の30.2%を取得。配当利回りは10%を見込む。併せて、当該物件の取得の優先交渉権（行使期限は平成24年4月）が付与される。
