日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が底地権を投資対象とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象の資産は、渋谷区鉢山町の敷地904㎡で、匿名組合の営業者はテナントの(株)テイクアンドギヴ・ニーズと20年間の事業用借地契約を締結する。JRFは匿名組合出資持分の40.68%を174.5百万円で取得。想定配当利回りは10.2%。なお、JRFには当該底地権の優先交渉権が付与される。
