日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が米国預託証券（ADR）を登録したことを発表した。ADRは米国の投資家が海外株式の売買をしやすくするために創られた制度で、米国の証券取引委員会に有価証券として登録することで株式と同様に取引が可能となる。JRFは米国の投資家層の拡大や認知向上を目的としている。 ADRプログラムの種類はスポンサー付、Level-1、交換比率は100ADR＝1株、預託銀行はドイツ銀行トラストカンパニーアメリカズ。取引開始は3月29日。
