日本リテールファンド投資法人(JRF)は、ラサール ジャパン投資法人(LJR)との合併に伴い承継する借入金(以下、承継借入金)について、一部条件が変更され、借入内容が改善することを公表した。改善内容は以下の2点。 (1)承継借入金の全額を有担保から無担保に変更 (2)一部承継借入金(約351億円)の返済期日の4年長期化し、当初返済日以降の借入金利を低減 無担保化に伴い、機動的な物件売却が可能になるという効果が生じる。
