日本リテールファンド投資法人が第15期（平成21年8月期）決算を発表した。第15期は商業施設2棟を取得。博多リバレインのテナント解約違約金の発生や前期の特別損失がなくなることにより、前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,216円となった。第16期（平成22年2月期）は、支払利息や融資関連費用の増加等により11%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,534円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成22年8月期）1口当たり分配金は13,358円となる見通し。
