日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が保有物件を売却する。物件は、JRFが2002年上場時より保有する商業施設。売却先は三井住友ファイナンス＆リース。JRFは4月に中期的な運用方針として、物件の入替等によるポートフォリオの質の強化を掲げており、今回の売却は当該方針に基づく。売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
