日本リテールファンド投資法人が、名古屋市に保有する商業施設「ワンダーシティ」を売却する。物件は、JRFが2005年3月に159億円で取得、その後06年12月に隣地を追加取得、さらに07年1月には、別棟の開発を発表した。しかし、市場環境や今後の内部成長を勘案した結果、オリジネーターである三菱商事へ売却する。三菱商事は、建物を取り壊し、新しく商業施設を再開発する予定。売却価格は、別棟の建築費用を併せ、194億円。売却益が生じるものの、既存テナントへの解約金等が発生し実質的には利益がほとんど相殺されるため、第11期（平成19年8月期）業績に修正はなし。
