日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF)が博多リバレイン（イニミニマニモ）の一部売却を公表した。売却先である東神開発(株)に準共有持分の50％を72．2億円で8月1日に売却予定。売却先は玉川高島屋の運営実績を持つ大株主は高島屋の会社であり、同社の運営ノウハウを取り入れることで競合が激しい福岡地区の競争力向上を図る。 売却益は売買経費を控除後でも8億円程度になる予定である。なお売却益は今期（07/08期）に計上されるが、業績予想の変更はない。これは、4月12日の業績予想公表時点で売買契約締結の確度が高いものとして織込まれていたためである。
