日本リテールファンド投資法人が第10期（平成19年2月期）決算を発表した。第10期は4棟を取得し、前期比19%増益となったが、投資口数27%増により、1口当たり分配金は前期比7%減の15,730円となった。第11期（平成19年8月期）は、2棟を取得する一方、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税計上により3%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,236円となる見通し。
