日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が大阪・堺市の商業施設（未竣工）を取得することを発表。物件は、JR阪和線富木駅より徒歩10分、府道30号線沿いに、平成20年3月竣工予定のショッピングセンター。アリオ鳳店として、イトーヨーカドーを中心に専門店・シネマコンプレックスが開業する。JRFは同年5月に取得予定。テナントの(株)イトーヨーカ堂と20年間のマスターリース契約（10年間中途解約不可）を締結する。
