日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が大阪の商業施設を取得することを発表した。物件は大阪市東部、大阪府道大阪生駒線に面して平成18年12月竣工予定の、ジャスコを中心としたショッピングセンター。テナントのダイヤモンドシティと15年間のマスターリース契約を締結予定。JRFは、平成17年3月に、同物件開発目的のSPCに対し匿名組合出資を行うと同時に、優先買取交渉権を取得していた。JRFは竣工と同時に取得する。
