ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が、都内のオフィスビル2物件を取得する。2物件の取得額は計320億円。ともにスポンサーである三菱地所による開発物件。取得後のポートフォリオ全体の規模は3％増の1兆1,148億円となる。 「the ARGYLE aoyama」は、地下鉄外苑前駅より徒歩2分、南青山3丁目交差点に位置する、2020年竣工、20階建、オフィス・ホテル・商業施設から成る複合施設。取得時点のテナントは12社、稼働率は100％。JREは共有持分50％を取得する。取得額は239億円。 「豊洲フォレシア」は、地下鉄豊洲駅より徒歩1分に位置する、2014年竣工、16階建のオフィスビル。取得時点のテナントは31社、稼働率は97.9％。JREは共有持分9％を取得する。取得額は81億円。 なお、本物件取得による業績予想の修正はなし。
