ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が、グランフロント大阪の持分を取得する。 グランフロント大阪は、JR大阪駅に直結して2013年に開業した、3棟の高層ビルと1棟の低層棟で構成される、オフィス・商業・ホテルの複合施設。JREは、うめきた広場・南館と北館のそれぞれ4.9％の共有持分を取得する。取得額は計210億円。売主はスポンサーである三菱地所。 本物件取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
