ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、大塚東池袋ビルを8月に売却する。 物件は、豊島区東池袋にある、1987年竣工のオフィスビル。2001年上場時より保有する。売却額は60.25億円。売却先はトーセイ。現在の稼働は100％であるが、立地や今後の修繕コスト等の中長期的な競争力の低下が課題であり、鑑定価格を24％上回る価格で売却できる点から、売却を決定した。 これに伴い売却益25.35億円が第40期（2021年9月期）に計上されるが、一部を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
