ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第38期（2020年9月期）及び第39期（2021年3月期）業績予想を修正した。 4月に公募増資を行う予定であったが、コロナ禍を起因とする投資口市況の混乱を受け、当面増資を行わないことを決定した。 これに伴い5月に公表した業績予想に対し、投資口数の前提条件が異なるため、業績予想を修正。 第38期は、店舗テナントの賃料減額や支払猶予の影響を受け0.2％減収となるが、投資口発行費用がなくなるため、0.1％増益を見込む。投資口数の減少により、1口当たり分配金は11,070円と2.5％増となる見通し。 第39期は、前回予想比0.7％減収を想定するが、営業費用の減少により、当期利益は変わらない。投資口数の減少により、1口当たり分配金は11,000円と2.3％増となる見通し。
