ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、新宿区及び渋谷区のオフィスビル計3物件を取得することを発表した。3物件の取得額は計358.6億円。 これにより取得後の資産規模（取得額合計）は、3.5％増の1兆699億円となる。借入金及び手元資金を取得資金とする。 併せて200億円を上限とする投資口発行登録を提出。これにより第38期（2020年9月期）中に投資口の追加発行を行う予定。 これらに伴い第38期の業績予想を修正。既に取得済の2物件と売却済の1物件、上記3物件の取得を反映し、11月に公表した業績予想に対し5.7％増益を見込む。投資口の追加発行を行う前提で投資口数が2.3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は10,750円と3.4％増となる見込み。 併せて第39期（2021年3月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,850円となる見通し。
