ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、JR浜松町駅より徒歩7分、ゆりかもめ日の出駅より徒歩3分に位置する、1991年竣工、24階建のオフィスビル。2012年に大規模リニューアル工事を実施済み。取得時点の稼働率は100％。JREは区分所有権の共有持分（持分割合13.45％）を取得する。取得額は54億円。 売却する物件は、地下鉄小伝馬町駅より徒歩1分に位置する、1991年竣工のオフィスビル。JREが上場時より保有する。売却額は34.5億円。これにより売却益5.86億円が発生する見込みだが、内部留保を予定するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
