ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第35期（2019年3月期）決算を発表した。 第35期は「フロントプレイス南新宿」「大同生命新潟ビル」を取得。前期に発生した売却益がなくなるが、新規2物件の収益や、既存物件の賃料増額、支払利息の減少等が寄与し、前期比1.2％増益。1口当たり分配金は9,697円と前期を2.1％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは73物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1兆256億円、有利子負債比率は40.5％。 第36期（2019年9月期）は、固都税が増加する一方、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、マーケット賃料とのギャップに伴う既存物件の賃料増額が寄与し、前期比1.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,830円となる見通し。 第37期（2020年3月期）は、季節変動に伴う水道光熱費の減少、減価償却費の減少、支払利息の減少により、前期予想比1.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,000円となる見通し。
