ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が、岡山に保有するリットシティビルの店舗区画を売却する。JREは建物の27.75％を保有しているが、店舗区画を売却することにより、所有割合は24.6％となる。店舗区画の売却額は6.5億円。簿価との差額は2.79億円。 これに伴い、第34期（2018年9月期）に売却益が発生するが、一部を内部留保とするため、業績予想の修正はなし。
