ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第33期（平成30年3月期）決算を発表した。 第33期は「フロントプレイス日本橋」「新宿イーストサイドスクエア」の追加持分を取得する一方、「渋谷クロスタワー」の建物を売却した。渋谷クロスタワーの売却益138百万円、水道光熱費の減少が寄与し、前期比3.2％増益。66百万円を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は9,336円と前期を2.6％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは70物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は9,901億円、有利子負債比率は43.2％。 第34期（平成30年9月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「新宿フロントタワー」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、新規取得及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比3％増益を見込む。投資口数5.8％増加により、1口当たり分配金は9,140円と前期を2.1％下回る見通し。 第35期（平成31年3月期）は、季節変動に伴う水道光熱費の減少等により、前期予想比2.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,340円となる見通し。
