ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第32期（平成29年9月期）決算を発表した。 第32期は「汐留ビルディング」の共有持分を追加取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の稼働率上昇や賃料増額改定が寄与し、前期比6.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,096円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは69物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は9,552億円、有利子負債比率は41.4％。 第33期（平成30年3月期）は、前期に取得した汐留ビルディング持分が通期寄与する一方、季節要因に伴う水道光熱費の増加等により、当期利益は前期と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,100円となる見通し。 第34期（平成30年9月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比1.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,000円となる見通し。
