ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第31期（平成29年3月期）決算を発表した。 第31期は「汐留ビルディング」等4物件を取得する一方、「こころとからだの元気プラザ」を売却。これによる賃貸収益や、既存物件の賃料増額が寄与し、前期比2.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,544円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは、オフィスビル69物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は9,447億円、有利子負債比率は41.1％。 第32期（平成29年9月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や、既存物件の収益増加により、前期比3.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,810円となる見通し。 第33期（平成30年3月期）は、前期予想比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,860円となる見通し。 なお、資産運用会社によれば、2018年のオフィスビルの大量供給の影響については、ポートフォリオにおける競合はなく、マーケットが大きく崩れる懸念はないとの見通し。
