ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第30期（平成28年9月期）決算を発表した。 第30期は「錦パークビル」を追加取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、既存物件の稼働率上昇や賃料増額改定、支払利息の減少が寄与し、前期比1.8％増益。1口当たり分配金は8,361円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは68物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は9,236億円、有利子負債比率は40.3％。 第31期（平成29年3月期）は「金沢上堤町ビル」を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加や支払利息の減少等により、前期比1.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,460円となる見通し。 第32期（平成29年9月期）は、既存物件の増益や、季節変動に伴う水光熱費収入の増加、減価償却費の減少等により、前期予想比2.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,660円となる見通し。
