ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が、第28期（平成27年9月期）決算を発表した。第28期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「梅田スクエアビルディング」等オフィスビル3棟（うち1棟は追加）を取得した。これにより前期比8.9％増益となり、投資口数が4.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は8,001円と前期を4.2％上回った。内部成長としては、賃料改定による増額幅が6年半ぶりに減額幅を上回り、増加に転じた。期末のポートフォリオはオフィスビル70棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は9,277億円、有利子負債比率は41.5％。第29期（平成28年3月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.0％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,080円となる見通し。続く第30期（平成28年9月期）は、賃料増額改定を見込み、前期予想比1.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,210円となる見通し。
