ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第27期（平成27年3月期）決算を発表した。第27期は「新宿イーストサイドスクエア」等オフィスビル5棟（うち1棟は追加）を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比0.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,681円となった。期末のポートフォリオは68棟、資産規模（取得額計）は8,835億円、有利子負債比率は42.3％。第28期（平成27年9月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、梅田スクエアビルディング、汐留ビルディング（追加）を取得。これにより前期比6.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が4.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,840円と前期を2.1％上回る見通し。続く第29期（平成28年3月期）1口当たり分配金は7,950円となる見通し。
