ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が投資口の追加発行及び売出しを行う。発行口数は54,000口、売出口数は3,200口、またオーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,780口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.6％増の1,309,310口となる予定。調達額は約331億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「梅田スクエアビルディング」を含むオフィスビル4棟（うち2棟は追加取得）。4棟の取得額は計370億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は4.2％増の9,091億円となる。これらに伴い第28期（平成27年9月期）業績予想を修正。新規4棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比5.3％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は7,840円と前回予想を0.8％上回る見通し。また第29期（平成28年3月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比1.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,930円となる見通し。
