ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第26期（平成26年9月期）決算を発表した。第26期は錦パークビル（共有持分）を追加取得。また期初に投資口の追加発行を行い調達資金307億円で借入金を返済。前期に取得した3棟の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比5.5％増益。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,648円と前期を0.2％上回った。期末の有利子負債比率は前期末の43.9％から39.8％へ低下。第27期（平成27年3月期）は、新宿イーストサイドスクエア（共有持分14％）を取得。これによる賃貸収入が寄与する一方、賃貸事業費用の増加により、当期利益は前期と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,650円となる見通し。続く第28期（平成27年9月期）は、固都税が増加するも、フリーレントの終了や賃料増額改定により、前期予想比1.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,780円となる見通し。
