ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が新宿イーストサイドスクエアを取得する。物件は、地下鉄大江戸線・副都心線東新宿駅に直結する、平成24年竣工、20階建のオフィスビル。JREは共有持分14％を取得する。売り主は、JREのスポンサーである三菱地所が優先出資を行うSPC。JREは三菱地所とマスターリース契約を締結する。取得時のエンドテナント稼働率は88.7％を見込む。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
