ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第25期（平成26年3月期）決算を発表した。第25期は、クイーンズタワーA、恵比寿ネオナート、大手町フィナンシャルシティノースタワーの3棟を取得。3棟の取得額は計432億円。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことや既存物件の減収により、前期比0.7％減益。投資口2分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は7,633円（分割前15,266円）となった。期末の有利子負債比率は43.9％。第26期（平成26年9月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、調達額307億円を借入金の返済に充当。これにより有利子負債比率は40.1％に低下。前期に取得した3棟の通期稼働により、5％増益を見込む。投資口数5.3％増加により1口当たり分配金は7,600円と前期を0.4％下回る見通し。続く第27期（平成27年3月期）は前期予想比0.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,650円となる見通し。
