ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は57,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,750口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.3%増の1,251,530口となる。調達資金は約321億円を見込み、短期借入金の返済に充当する。併せて、大手町フィナンシャルシティノースタワーを取得することを発表。本物件は、地下鉄大手町駅より直結する、平成24年10月竣工、35階建のオフィスビル。JREの建物所有割合は約3.38％。これらに伴い第26期（平成26年9月期）業績予想を修正した。上記物件取得が寄与し、前回予想比5.7％増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は7,600円と前回予想を0.3％上回る見通し。続く第27期（平成27年3月期）は前期予想比0.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,650円となる見通し。
