ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第24期（平成25年9月期）決算を発表した。第24期はオフィスビル2棟取得、1棟（建物のみ）売却を行った。これによる賃貸収益及び物件売却益18百万円が寄与し、前期比3.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,366円となった。併せて、日本ビルファンド投資法人と同様、投資口の分割を行うことを発表。平成25年12月末を基準日として平成26年1月より投資口1口を2口に分割する。これに伴い第25期（平成26年3月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期稼働する一方、既存物件のテナント入替に伴う賃料減額を見込み、前期比1.4%減益、投資口分割により1口当たり分配金は7,580円（分割前15,160円）となる見通し。続く第26期（平成26年9月期）1口当たり分配金も7,580円となる見通し。
