ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）がスポンサーである三菱地所と物件の入替えを行うことを発表した。JREが取得する物件は、京都市営地下鉄四条駅より徒歩1分にある、平成22年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。取得予定日におけるテナントは6社、稼働率は100%想定。一方、JREが売却する物件は、渋谷区千駄ヶ谷にある昭和49年竣工のオフィスビル。建物のみ売却し、敷地は継続保有し、三菱地所と定期借地契約を締結する。三菱地所が隣接地と併せて再開発する間、JREは地代を受領するともに、再開発後の建物の優先交渉権を取得する。今回の売買に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
