ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第23期（平成25年3月期）決算を発表した。第23期は期初に投資口追加発行を行いオフィスビル3棟（うち1棟は追加取得）を取得した。これにより前期比4.5%増益、剰余金より171百万円を取り崩すも、投資口数8.2%増加により1口当たり分配金は15,140円と前期を3.5%下回った。第24期（平成25年9月期）は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し2%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,160円となる見通し。続く第25期（平成26年3月期）1口当たり分配金も15,160円となる見通し。
