ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第22期（平成24年9月期）決算を発表した。第22期は台東区のオフィスビルを取得。これにより前期比0.7%増収となるも、水光熱費及び修繕費、赤坂パークビルの固都税計上等により5.4%減益、内部留保より171百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は15,700円となった。第23期（平成25年3月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル2棟を取得。これにより前期比3.3%増益。内部留保より393百万円を取り崩すが、1口当たり分配金は15,140円と前期を3.6%下回る見通し。続く第24期（平成25年9月期）前期予想比3.8%増益となり、内部留保の活用を見込まず、1口当たり分配金は15,250円と前期予想を0.7%上回る見通し。
