ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人（JRE）が投資口の追加発行を行う。JREの公募増資は2月に続き今年2度目となる。発行口数は41,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,100口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で8.2%増の594,140口となる。調達資金は約335億円を見込み、借入金の返済と2棟の取得資金に充当する。取得する2棟は、ともにスポンサーである三菱地所がSPCを通して開発した、中央区晴海、仙台市青葉区のオフィスビル。取得額は計412億円。これらに伴い、第23期（平成25年3月期）業績予想修正、第24期（平成25年9月期）業績予想を発表した。第23期は、2棟取得により、従来予想比5.1%増益。剰余金より393百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は15,140円と、公募増資による1口当たり分配金への影響はない見通し。続く第24期は取得した2棟の通期稼働が寄与し、前期予想比3.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,250円となる見通し。
