ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第21期（平成24年3月期）決算を発表した。第21期は、赤坂パークビル608億円を取得し、公募増資を実施。これにより前期の物件売却益がなくなるも賃貸収入の増加により前期比8%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,190円となった。合わせて台東区東上野のオフィスビルを取得することを発表。第22期（平成24年9月期）は、賃貸収入は変わらないものの賃貸費用の増加等により5.6%減益、第20期（平成23年9月期）の内部留保より280百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は15,700円となる見通し。続く第23期（平成25年3月期）は内部留保の活用を見込まない前提で、1口当たり分配金は15,140円となる見通し。
