ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第20期（平成23年9月期）決算を発表した。第20期はオフィスビル1棟を売却。これに伴う物件売却益546百万円が寄与し、前期比8%増益となるが、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を活用し物件売却益を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は15,850円となった。併せて、投資口の発行登録書を提出したことを発表。第21期（平成24年3月期）中に59,840口の投資口発行が行われることを前提とし、業績予想を発表した。赤坂パークビルの取得により4.3%増益、投資口数12%増を想定するも1口当たり分配金は15,700円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成24年9月期）1口当たり分配金も15,700円となる見通し。但し、投資口の発行が行われない場合、第21期1口当たり分配金は17,280円、第22期1口当たり分配金は17,090円となる見通し。
