ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第19期（平成23年3月期）決算を発表した。第19期はオフィスビル2棟を取得。賃貸収入が前期比ほぼ横ばいだが、賃貸費用の増加及び震災による損失引当金計上等により、前期比5.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,642円となった。第20期（平成23年9月期）はオフィスビル1棟を売却。物件売却益540百万円計上により4.9%増益を見込むが、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例制度を適用することにより、物件売却益を内部留保するため、1口当たり分配金は15,740円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成24年3月期）1口当たり分配金は15,770円となる見通し。
