ジャパンリアルエステイト投資法人が第18期（平成22年9月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、保有する菱進銀座イーストミラービルの増築に伴う追加取得を行った。賃貸収益が増加するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなること等により、前期比8.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,628円となった。第19期（平成23年3月期）は、保有物件の賃料減額及び退去に伴う減収、管理修繕費の増加を見込み、前期比7.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,430円となる見通し。続く第20期（平成23年9月期）は、更に減収を見込む一方、管理修繕費の減少により1.7%増益を予想、1口当たり分配金は15,690円となる見通し。
